Lake Orion, Michigan - Patrick spoke to a large audience in Lake Orion, Michigan (one hour north of Detroit) at the St. Joseph Church. Originally, the talk was supposed to be for the Catholic men's group called Bravehearts, but there was so much interest in the topic and speaker that it was opened up to women, as well. Two days prior to the speech, Patrick gave a radio interview by telephone to help create a buzz for the event. During the hour long talk, Patrick shared his story in detail and discussed ways to move forward on a new journey in life after tragedy.

Breakng News: Patrick was the focus of an article in the Palm Beach Post that was picked up by the Miami Herald, Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinnel and many other websites.
